310 West Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

310W is downtown Milwaukee’s landmark modern glass office tower on West Wisconsin Avenue. The 14-story cobalt blue building, owned by Time Equities, Inc., is in the midst of multi-million dollar upgrades and building enhancements befitting of this first-class office and retail complex.

Completed in 1983, 310W was designed by the Chicago firm of Perkins + Will under the direction of noted lead designer Voy Madeyski. The Polish-born artist and architect studied in Warsaw and said he learned from great architects of 20th century including modernists Mies van der Rohe and Le Corbusier. Madeyski went on to design many modern buildings throughout the Midwest and his work, including 310W, is very much in the vein of Mies van der Rohe.

Time Equities, Inc., in conjunction with the Francis J. Greenburger Collection, is committed to enriching the experience of our properties through Art-in-Buildings, an innovative program that brings contemporary art from emerging and mid-career artists to non-traditional exhibition spaces.

The program promotes the artists, expands the audience for art, and creates a vibrant environment for the residents of our buildings through a range of permanent and temporary installations and exhibitions.
