Pamela Council received a BA from Williams College and a MFA in Visual Arts from Columbia University in 2014. Council’s work has been included in several group exhibitions, including at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, the Studio Museum in Harlem, Williams College Museum of Art, Southampton Historical Museum, and Kianga Ellis Projects, among others. In 2012, she was a resident at The Wassaic Project, Wassaic, NY. Council was born in Southampton, NY and lives in New York, NY.
