Art in Buildings is pleased to present the inaugural exhibition for the art gallery at 1000M, Francis Greenburger Selects: Artists of 1000M. Featuring works by some of the same artists displayed throughout the amenities spaces at 1000M, the exhibition showcases the variety of each artists’ practice, as collected through the eclectic eye of seasoned arts patron, Francis Greenburger.
“For me, the experience of art is an intuitive, visceral reaction to the visual impact a work of art makes on me. These artists represent aesthetics that I responded to the first time I encountered them and repeatedly thereafter over many years. My experience can be compared to liking someone from your first encounter and on and on from there as your friendship develops. These artists and their works are all long time very special friends of mine,” said Mr. Greenburger.
