1421 Route 9H, Ghent, New York
Love Apple Farm, in partnership with Art-in-Buildings, is pleased to announce its new exhibition space, the Love Apple Art Space (LAAS) located at 1421 Route 9H in Ghent, NY, in Columbia County. The new gallery is located in a classic, late 1800s farmhouse situated on an 80-acre working apple orchard, Love Apple Farm, in the Hudson River Valley. It is located approximately 15 minutes from the burgeoning art scene in Hudson, NY, and two miles from Art Omi. Francis Greenburger, founder of Art Omi is the owner of Love Apple Farm, and the creative force behind the new Love Apple Art Space.
Love Apple Art Space (LAAS) brings contemporary art by early and mid-career artists to a non-traditional exhibition space, a farmhouse at a working apple orchard in Columbia County, NY. The exhibitions are created in the interest of promoting artists, expanding the audience for art, and creating a more interesting environment at the farm. LAAS is a part of the Time Equities Inc. Art-in-Buildings program, which is based in New York City and makes exhibitions around the US, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Time Equities, Inc., in conjunction with the Francis J. Greenburger Collection, is committed to enriching the experience of our properties through Art-in-Buildings, an innovative program that brings contemporary art from emerging and mid-career artists to non-traditional exhibition spaces.
The program promotes the artists, expands the audience for art, and creates a vibrant environment for the residents of our buildings through a range of permanent and temporary installations and exhibitions.
