Shoal Bay West, Anguilla, British West Indies

The Altamer resort is home to three beachside villas: the Antilles Pearl, the Brazilian Pearl, and the African Sapphire. The dramatic, yet simple structures were designed by world-renowned architect Myron Goldfinger, whose work has been featured in Architectural Digest and exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art. Interior design was completed by June Goldfinger.

In the Winter of 2014, the Antilles Pearl debuted its redesign, featuring a curated installation of contemporary art by Michael Assiff, Jeff and Alina Bliumis, Kinga Czerska, Gopal Dagnogo, Jane Dickson, Josh Dihle, An Hoang, Remy Jungerman, Amarsaikhan Namsraijav, and Jason Stopa.

Christina Watka created a site-specific installation for the African Sapphire, Murmuration IV.

Time Equities, Inc., in conjunction with the Francis J. Greenburger Collection, is committed to enriching the experience of our properties through Art-in-Buildings, an innovative program that brings contemporary art from emerging and mid-career artists to non-traditional exhibition spaces.

The program promotes the artists, expands the audience for art, and creates a vibrant environment for the residents of our buildings through a range of permanent and temporary installations and exhibitions.
